The label information remains legible because no powder adheres to the label surface. In addition, the label information remains permanently protected. Labels for TTR printing as well as for laser marking are available.

Highly resistant labels are glued to the still uncoated material, go through with the component all pre- and cleaning processes and also the coating. The readability of the label information is retained since there is no powder adhesion to the label surface. Labels are available for TTR printing as well as laser marking.

Highly resistant special labels with a double-layer protective label are stuck onto the unpainted material and go through all the preparatory and cleaning processes with the component, as well as the painting or powder coating. After the process, the upper layer of the protective label is pulled off from the label surface by using a peel-off aid and the label information can be read again. The second layer of the protective label remains on the label and thus permanently protects the label print.

Folding label with varnish protection

Highly durable special labels with a folding paint protection label are stuck onto the unpainted component and go through all pre- and cleaning processes with the component, as well as painting or powder coating. After the process, the paint protection label is removed from the label surface using a peel-off aid and the printed label information is readable again. Various label material qualities are available.
